Slow cookers are especially useful for preparing vegetarian meals because of how well they cook many bean, grain, and vegetable dishes. While some people may prefer using a pressure cooker for beans and other long-cooking recipes, it’s hard to beat the convenience of a slow cooker that you can leave unattended—something you wouldn’t do with a pressure cooker or any other stove-top cooking method. Although meals prepared in a slow cooker take longer to cook, they can actually save you time. http://www.readhowyouwant.com/catalog/book-detail.aspx?book-id=16073
