Alex J. Packer, Ph.D., is president and CEO of FCD Educational Services, Inc., a Boston-based provider of drug education programs for schools and colleges worldwide. An educator, psychologist, and screenwriter, he was formerly Headmaster at an alternative school for 11-to 15-year-olds and Director of Education at the Capital Children's Museum.
