Michelle Lovitt is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, where she earned a bachelors degree in sports nutrition and a masters degree in exercise physiology. She has worked as a strength-and-conditioning coach with Olympic athletes, including four gold medal winners at the 2000 Summer Olympics.John Speraw is the head mens volleyball coach at the University of California, Davis. He did undergraduate work at UCLA in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and was on two NCAA champion mens volleyball teams. As a coach at UCLA, he was on staff for three NCAA championship teams.;
