"Alan Gold is an internationally published and translated author of fifteen novels, his most recent being Bell of the Desert, published in 2012 in the USA. He is a regular contributor to major newspapers and magazines and an opinion columnist and literary critic, as well as being a lecturer and mentor at the Masters and Doctoral degree level in creative writing. Alan regularly lectures on subjects as diverse as racism, international politics and the value of literature in the workplace. Mike Jones is a writer who works across a range of forms, both traditional new media. He has received numerous awards for online and interactive productions as well as an Australian Writers Guild award for feature film writing. He is head of story development for interactive media company Portal Entertainment and a lecturer in screenwriting at the Australian Film TV and Radio School.";
