Korkeakivi, Anne

Like her heroine, Anne Korkeakivi knows the world of foreign diplomacy. She is married to an international human rights lawyer who works for the United Nations. Korkeakivi was born and raised in New York City but currently lives in Geneva, Switzerland, with her husband and two daughters. She has also lived in France, Finland, and around the U.S. Korkeakivi is her husband's Finnish surname. Her short stories have run in THE YALE REVIEW, THE ATLANTIC, THE BELLEVEVUE LITERARY REVIEW and other magazines.;
