Jessen, Rebecca

Rebecca Jessen was born in Orange and grew up in Western Sydney. In 2011 she graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. In 2012 Rebecca won the State Library of Queensland Young Writers Award for her short story Gap. In 2013 she won the Queensland Literary Award for Best Emerging Author for the novelization of Gap.;
