Armanno, Venero

Venero Armanno is the author of a book of short stories and seven critically acclaimed novels including Romeo of the Underworld, Firehead, The Volcano and Candle Life. Firehead was short-listed in the 1999 Queensland Premier's Literary Award for Best Fiction; The Volcano won that award in 2002. His fiction has been published in America, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Israel and South Korea. ;
