Biography
Sir William Augustus Fraser (1826 - 1898), English author, politician, and collector, is best - known for his books about Wellington, Disraeli, and Napoleon. He served the army and politics. Fraser was a diligent collector of relics and wrote various books. Some of his prominent writings includeWords on Wellington (1889), Disraeli and His Day (1891), Hic et Ubique (1893), Napoleon III (1896) and The Waterloo Ball (1897).
