    Biography

    Frank Harris (1856 - 1931) was anIrish - born American author, journalist, editor, and publisher. He is principally known for his scandalously frank autobiography, My Life and Loves (1923 - 27). In late 1869,Harris immigrated to America and studied at the University of Kansas. On returning to London in 1882,he became editor ofEvening News, the Fortnightly Review and the Saturday Review. His other works include his first novel, The Bomb (1908), and a play, Mr. and Mrs. Daventry (1900). ;
