Jonathan Berkowitz, M.D., is the author of ''Asthma: RElax - You're Not Going to Die''. A graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he completed his residency at Mount Sinai and Monefiore Medical Centers in New York City. He is a board-certified diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a frequent contributor to numerous consumer and academic publications. ;
