Allfrey, Mark Gevisser and Ellah Wakatama

Mark Gevisser is a South African writer whose books include A Legacy of Liberation: Thabo Mbeki and the Future of the South African Dream, which won the Alan Paton Award in 2007. He has also written an award-winning documentary film, The Man Who Drove With Mandela. Ellah Wakatama Allfrey, OBE, editor, critic, and broadcaster, is former deputy editor of Granta magazine, series editor for the Kwani? Manuscript Prize, and the deputy chair of the Caine Prize for African Writing. She served as a judge for the 2015 Man Booker Prize panel. She lives in London, England.
