    Biography

    Robert B. Tucker is an internationally recognized leader in the field of innovation. Formerly an adjunct professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, Tucker has been studying innovators and innovative companies since 1981.His pioneering research in interviewing over 50 leading American innovators was published in the book Winning the Innovation Game in 1986. Since then, he has continued to publish widely on the subject, including his international bestseller, Managing the Future: 10 Driving Forces of Change for the New Century, which has been translated into 13 languages. As one of the thought leaders in the growing Innovation Movement, Tucker is a frequent contributor to business periodicals such as Journal of Business Strategy, Harvard Management Update, Strategy &Leadership, and has appeared on CBS News, PBS, and CNBC among many others. As president of The Innovation Resource, a research and innovation consulting firm, Tucker is a much sought-after speaker at conferences and company convocations. Clients range from multinational companies such as IBM, American Express, Nokia and AIG Insurance to national and international trade associations. He has been a consultant to Taiwan's Economic Development Ministry and the Japan Marketing Association, and he has assisted numerous organizations throughout the world in revamping their approach to innovation.;
