Hayles, Rupert A.

Rupert Hayles holds four degrees, including an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is certified in the administration and coaching of Emotional Intelligence. He and his wife, Maryann, founded the Center for Emotional and Spiritual Development. In 2002, he became Chief Operating Officer of Christ Church, Montclair, NJ, where he currently manages a staff of sixty people.;
