Vance, Scott A. McLean and Michael E.

Editor Scott A. McLean teaches in the Scottish Studies Department of the University of Guelph, and has also taught at Queen's International Study Centre at Herstmonceux Castle, East Sussex, England. He is presently living in Owen Sound, Ontario. Michael E. Vance is a professor of History at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. His research focuses on early 19th century Scottish emigration, and he also has an interest in the nature of Scottish overseas identity.
