After working as a teacher and therapist, he became a seminar speaker, marketing consultant, vice president, and ultimately president of companies that specialize in nutritional and fortified food products. Since 2000, he has created, patented, and implemented nutritional therapies for pain, drug addiction, and depression. Anthony G. Payne, Ph.D., is staff biological theoretician and senior science writer at the Steen block Research Institute. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in biological anthropology, as well as doctorates in nutritional medicine and psychology from Aksem Oriental Medical School in Manila, Philippines.;
