Krupnik, Mikhail

Mikhail Krupnik, M.S., NSCA-CPT, owns and operates a martial arts and personal training studio in Port Washington, New York. He has supervised exercise prescription classes at New York University and taught fitness and weight training courses at Hofstra University as well as an exercise physiology course at LaGuardia College. Krupnik continues to conduct lectures and workshops on weight training for the martial arts.
