Tatlow, Darcy Dugan and Michael

Darcy Ezekial Dugan  was a career bank robber and infamous prison escape artist. In later life he became a rehabilitation officer until  he died from Parkinson's disease in 1991 . Mike Tatlow was News Editor and Chief-of-Staff at Sydney’s Daily Telegraph, and Acting Editor of The Bulletin. He worked for 10 years as Producer, Chief-of-Staff and News Editor for ABC-TV News in Tasmania.;
